Wolves host Leeds in a massive relegation six at Molineux on Saturday as both teams are under pressure and out of shape.
It looked like Julen Lopetegui had put Wolves far from a relegation battle but a run of one win in five games, which included a narrow defeat at Newcastle got them in trouble again last time out as they are just three points clear of the last three. Scoring remains the biggest problem for Wolves as they are collectively the worst scorers in PL.
Javi Gracia is making Leeds harder to beat but they are now in the relegation zone and are a point away from safety with 12 games to go after a win in the last 13. Leeds fought off a 2-2 home draw with Brighton last week but they have won just five games all season, the fewest in the Premier League.

Wolves are looking much better under Lopetegui, but they just can’t get out of the intense relegation battle. They are strong defensively and have quality all over the pitch, but for several seasons scoring has become a big problem for them. They need the likes of Raul Jimenez and Daniel Podence to regain their form. Fast.
Leeds is a little bit everywhere. They’re definitely better at the back under Javi Gracia, but he’s trying to play a more patient, possession-based style and many of the players signed by former manager Jesse Marsch just aren’t used to playing that system. There’s a notion that this Leeds side are too good to go down but if you look at the games left they are in serious danger of relegation.
